Unfortunately ordered an incorrect size so had to return for a refund I used the returns form on the company website, I had a notification that the item had been signed for but it now appears that they had moved business premises.
I have been in touch with customer services which was no help whatsoever they insinuated that it was my mistake and said they moved in March which meant their returns form was wrong I ordered my item in July so where could I have got the address from I'm not just making up the address, terrible service and now just ignoring emails.
