Ivo arrived at our home within the scheduled time frame;(we had made the appointment with Rhondfa the previous day) he made an excellent presentation on the offered Cyprus products with a very solid recommendation. His approach did not include pressure of any type but things that made sense.both product /system wise and from the economics point of view. We felt that we got an excellent deal and everything that was offered has been delivered so far !! Installation was made on the flexibility of our schedule and completed on time. Ivo is a great professional !!
