The installer, William Parrott, was excellent and I give him 5 stars!
On average, however, I give Cyprus Air overall only 3 stars. I was unhappy with the way the office handled the submission of drawings to the city to obtain permits. It took far too long for the drawings to be made and submitted, and the excuses they gave me made no sense.
