I had a few other companies provide quotes. But the Cyprus salesperson, Dan, was amazing and had a "no pressure" approach! He explained the options, what was needed, price and time line. The installation staff are incredibly knowledgeable and provided super customer service. I am so glad to finally have the propane fireplace working. The Williamsburg set is amazing. I'm really happy with my purchase and so glad I decided to engage Cyprus Air!
