Been with D9 for a few months. I gat a bit confused over subdomains etc. I had an online chat where
1: There was no rush, I could ask question after question and was not treated like an idiot.
2: All the options were discussed so I felt as if for once I had the information I needed to make the right choice about what I need to do to achieve the end result I was after.
3: I did also ask about upgrading (I though that might be the answer, decided against it in the end as I could do what I wanted on my existing package). Had I upgraded they took the time to calculate the actual cost for me, based on rebating the remaining portion of my earlier subscription.
All in all I very positive experience. Thanks Guys
