I purchased 2 services from D9. 1domain, and 1 hosting package. They were set up for a year, and then put on auto renewal. I recieved an email from d9 stating that my renewal was coming up, and that my card on file would be charged. Since I no longer needed their services, I logged on to my account and cancelled. Then a few days later, I see a charged on my credit card. I immediately contacted d9, to inquire about the charge. They stated that I had only cancelled the domain, and not the hosting. I told them that I thought I was cancelling everything, but they stated that I did not. I explained to them, that I wanted to cancel everything, and they explained the process for me to do so. However, they said that they would not be issuing me a refund, as per their terms and conditions, I did not cancel in time. I explained to them, that I thought that I was cancelling everything, and that I am contacting them, as soon as I noticed the charge on my card. But they refuse to help. I am trying to get a refund, so that I am not stuck paying for hosting that I won't use. Especially since, I did log on to cancel, and contacted them immediately upon noticing the charge..
