Daily Box Club started out great first month was wonderful some fun and crazy stuff. Definitely worth the money. Then it went downhill. First of all they have a profile where you can tell them things you don’t want and I have just a few things that I wouldn’t want to get and guess what that’s all I get. Then the last straw was receiving a note from a seller on Amazon that they were scammed by daily box club and was hoping I would return my item so they wouldn’t go out of business. The return would have cost me more money so I declined to return it. Customer service is terrible and they don’t have a clue how their system works. Didn’t get anywhere after I sent a request not to receive children and baby items. I was told I could cancel the items on Amazon if I didn’t want them. But then I went weeks without receiving much. Now it’s back to kids items and trying to send me breast pumps. They don’t follow the profile I received shoes that were way to big or way to small. If you don’t mind that they don’t care what the send you then go right ahead and join. You see all these wonderful gifts in their ads but they are few and far between and I haven’t seen anything like that come up for us. If they could work out the profile kinks and upped their customer service it would be worth it. Here is the notes I got from a seller..

I have had nothing but trouble with Daily Box club! I will consider this.I’m not a mean person but your company should go after daily box club!
