I absolutely love the idea of this subscription and I enjoy getting random stuff from Amazon. That being said, there are a lot of issues with this service. First, it was very difficult to link my Amazon account the first time. Also after the first month it unlinked for some reason and had a hard time keeping it linked. Another thing, after the first month, I didn’t receive anything for almost the whole second month. And the items that don’t come they say it doesn’t count toward the 10 items a month. Well I don’t think is true. Because I didn’t get the full 10 the first month and I haven’t gotten a full ten items the second month. I feel like I have had more frustration with this subscription than I anything. The price is a little steep for all the issue that happen. I wish I could actually get 10 items a month and not have issues linking my Amazon account. Customer service is great and very attentive and understanding!
