My experience started off great. Then it has went downhill. I barely get anything anymore. I am told I will receive an item and then it is canceled but still listed on the site that It was received. Or I will even receive a pair of socks worth $5 instead of an item worth $30 like stated. I have to consistently log into the site to decertify to get items but now I can not even log in it is giving me an error. I know my correct info so I’m not sure what’s going on. I like to keep participating in the box club but it is not really paying off at all. I feel like I’m just throwing $64 away monthly. And I noticed it is $54. So why am I charged $64. Just not happy with it at all right now.
