I think there is a disconnect with what has been ordered and canceled or waiting for items but are calculated in our total on the site. Also you need a box to check if item was received and a short review if it is even the right item. We have received different items or sizes than what was stated was ordered.
Also we checked what items we would like and it seems that you are not following those suggestions or sizes. We have gotten baby and men's items clothing that we did not put as a suggestion
