So I like the concept of this program, but what i don't like is that almost every order comes during the overnight hours so if it is something I don't want I don't get the chance to cancel it. Also, I'm getting things that aren't part of the things I said I like, for example, I'm getting a lot of baby items and I do not have any babies in my house. It also seems that days go by with out anything, which is ok if that is how it is suppose to happen but for the price I would think that either I would see more packages at lower cost or less packages at higher costs, but I am not seeing either. When I message customer service I get told that they are working on the "bugs" and that it should be working better now but that isn't the case.
