First order was received 2 weeks, then it took 1.5 months to get anything else to move and receive orders. Customer service extended the subscription, after 2.5 months I received all but 3 boxes and they disabled the account subscription a day before it should have been cancelled; I reached out the day before it should have been cancelled and explained I was still 3 boxes short on the 10 from the original sign up 2.5 months ago and would appreciate to have another extension to receive what was owed but they never would respond or make it right after that. I really liked it when it was working, but as I told them I wasn't willing to re sign up and it takes the month to get boxes coming in again and that was the reason I was in my account before the subscription should have been disabled so I knew I would not have to deal with the account being disabled and attempting to start over again. Never heard from them after that. Signed up one last time to give it one last chance, again when it was working I did like it.
