I haven't received half of the items listed that were suppose to be issued. No replacement items. It's hard to reach anyone. I'm paying more in the membership than the items in received. I've received really cheap items. All if the good items are always canceled. No explanation of why. I had went almost the whole month of June without one item received. I haven't received anything from my suggested list. I'm very disappointed with the membership.
