I needed to send flowers to someone in hospital who had heart surgery , however they were being sent home within 2 days. So I booked flowers with you at 8.30 am and they were delivered same day 11.30 am!! Brilliant. Really helped the person in hospital and made me feel like I could do something for them. I have used you several times before and been very happy, but this was the best experience ever.
