I tried to send some flowers to Brisbane and to start with the experience wasn't great - the flowers were delayed, spent nearly a week in transit and didn't get delivered properly. However DAILYBlooms' customer service blew me away! They contacted me about the issue up front, offered me a shipping refund and eventually sent new flowers! What could have been a very poor experience was definitely redeemed by their excellent and personalised service, and the flowers that did make it to their destination were beautiful.
