I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a colleague. The flowers were delivered on the correct day and time as communicated which was positive. I was however really disappointed and underwhelmed by the presentation on the website versus in reality (see attached photos). We paid additionally for the style in the vase believing (mistakenly?) it would look and be delivered like this. I thought it would be slightly bigger than the alternate option in the bouquet. It looks as if it was the same size just stuck in a vase and charged $20 extra for this. It also did not state until finalise aspects of the payment that there would be an extra charge of around $16 dollars for delivery. I think that should be explicitly stated up front. I have used a number of different great flower delivery services in Melbourne and would uses them all again rather than Daily Blooms. Update 31/01: In response to the reply from Taylor from Daily Blooms on my google review, I contacted them via email on the 20/01 acknowledging the message posted and enquired about the offer of a free bouquet for a friend of mine. I also mentioned I would be happy to update my review in light of this. To date I have received no response or acknowledge of my email nor has the offer for the flowers been followed through on their end. Unfortunately another disappointing experience that would again lead me to not use them again nor recommend them.
