I was very disappointed with the vase of flowers that was delivered.
I ordered that arrangement from your firm because the image on line was of a very elegant and beautifully composed arrangement. I presumed that what was delivered would at least be similar. It is not. The one that was delivered is poorly arranged, with an excess of foliage and there is nothing elegant about it.
This was a present for my daughter’s 50th birthday. It just feels totally inadequate now even though I spent quite a lot of money on it.
