My delivery was missed so I emailed the Daily Blooms team on Friday evening and received a swift reply from Tove on Saturday morning. Tove apologised for the missed delivery and upgraded my order to a Blushing bouquet which thrilled the recipient. Thank you very much! I must also give 5-stars to Tove's email which was so well written, emphatic and...human! That made a difference. I've only used Daily Blooms for my flower orders and I'll continue to be a regular customer :)
