Bought a sofa from them mid-September and it started coming apart at the beginning of January. Very disappointed, contacted them and they basically said that it's my fault and that the sofa was overused and this is why the backrest is now coming apart from the metal brackets. I explained to them that there is no case of a sofa being overused in just 4 months. Also, we are a family of 2 and a toddler, so there was no case of over usage. They said that because pressure was applied to the backrest that is why I have problems with the sofa. I explained that a backrest is meant for people to lean on and that is the whole purpose of a backrest. So basically if you buy a sofa from them and you don't want to have any problems with it just keep it on display and don't sit on it or lean on the backrest as it will be your fault if it brakes. Absolutely no support from the warranty team or from them, I was offered new brackets to replace them myself but that was it, even though the wood bit that the brackets screw on I completely destroyed as the screws came out, so basically replacing the brackets will no work and most likely the problem will reappear again. Faulty design and poor quality will definitely not buy again from them. Poor customer service.
