Shop in Eldon square Newcastle upon tyne First time buyer so I was not aware of the no return policy. The assistant did not inform me and when I returned to the shop the very unhelpful assistant told me that I should have read the "tiny" sign close to the till, which by the way was not immediately visible until pointed out. Considering we are in the middle of a covid-19 pandemic and it's not possible to try clothing in the shop the they should allow for a refund. Unfortunately, even though the trousers I bought fit me perfectly on the hips are far to big on the trouser leg so was pointless a smaller size as the assistant suggested. I find this disgustingly appalling and unprofessional.
