I can’t thank Matt enough, our wall was saturated and all of the builders I asked informed me I had a bad case of rising damp; with each one offering a different (costly) solution to the problem. I decided to call in an independent specialist; cut a long story short, Matt informed me it was a leak and NOT a damp issue. After several days of investing; I finally found the leak.
