From enquiry to fixed in 3 days! Loved the in home visit and the flexibility that offered a work or home visit based on my preference and availability. The engineer that arrived was friendly and expert and fixed my issue within 30 minutes. No need to run the gauntlet of finding a Genius bar appointment, no travelling to the Apple store and no need to pay twice the price! My fix cost £160 vs a quote of £300 from Apple.
