Great experience shopping with these guys. I ordered a gorgeous dress which sadly refused to cover my boobs. (It was my optimism - not the dresses fault). Anyway back the dress goes. I made a little request on the return note that I’d like the size up if possible please. And sent the parcel back. In the meantime, I had a brief chat with the customer service by email to ask if an exchange was possible. Sadly no, I would have to reorder. Anyway, some lovely person saw my little request when they unpacked my return and sent me the larger dress anyway! Had they not done this, who knows if I would have reordered. But I am SO glad I did.
