OK....I haven't actually got the dress yet, but I had my eye on one, which was out of stock. I had an alert on and as soon as DL notified me it was back I stock, I galvanised into action and set about ordering it. I noticed a 10% off my first order offer whilst I was going through the process, but in my haste and excitement I forgot to apply it before I hit Buy Now. I emailed the Customer Service team asking if the discount could be applied retrospectively and almost straight away I got the most lovely email saying my refund had been processed (for the 10%) and when I replied thanking them, another really warm, personable, friendly email arrived, which just makes me think this company has the most wonderful people, culture and ethos. Now....just for the dress to suit me!!! What a gorgeous company. Thank you!
