I ordered a bed frame I seen in the showroom, when arrived the edges of the bed has absolutely no cushions at all very sharp edges, when I contacted them to ask them to resolve the issues they told me I need to give them a batch number of the bed and this can be found on the bottom of the head board, I checked that and was nothing there , and one of the advisers told me they can’t help me if I don’t provide that absolutely RIDICULOUS how can they don’t have an information of the bed they sold me , and also another this is that you need to be aware this is not Italian make furniture is all made in China
