Would have given zero if an option. Bought 4 chairs and a bench for £1300 and all broke within a year. It has been almost 6 months that I am complaining and they keep saying the stock is coming. Once they even said the stock has arrived but it is faulty hence can't deliver. Pathetic customer service, no response on email for several follow-ups. Now I am asking refund and they are not responding to emails. It is such a health and safety issue for children due to poor quality chairs. Even Ikea chairs last for good 5 years before this. Planning to take this to Furniture Ombudsman. They should compensate for the loss of time and effort too.
