We did have some teething difficulties with Danetti regarding delays to our bed delivery. Eventually our case was handled by Emilie Shaw, from this point everything was faultless. Emilie’s customer service was excellent, she replied promptly and resolved everything. A few months later we had a structural issue with the bed, and we sent her an email to get it fixed. Once again she was very kind and understanding, and sent out replacement parts instantly.
