In brief I placed an order on 27th May for a sofa which has still not yet arrived (it has now been 6 months). I have constantly been given false information about the delay including that there is bad weather in the Middle East, the cargo ship has had issues and is delayed en route, that the sofa has arrived in the UK but is stuck at customs, however I found out the truth yesterday that the sofa has not yet left Turkey where it was manufactured. I would have cancelled my order months ago if I had been told the truth.
