Ordering process was easy and the goods were exactly as they appeared on the website. However there were issues surrounding delivery. The Customer Services team were excellent in resolving the issues - they were pleasant, very professional and keen to help and a real credit to the brand. It is a shame that the courier service let down the whole Daniel Footwear experience. It took 3 days longer than expected and the courier threw the unattended package (without a signature) over my garden wall! This is the only aspect of the service I had any concerns about.
