Ordered a pair of ankle boots from Daniel Footwear, and although the boots I received were good quality, they sent the wrong ones. I emailed them to let them know, and their first email back to me hadn't been read properly, as they didn't address me by name, and apologised for sending the wrong size. I'm still awaiting a full refund plus postage.
