I was very disappointed to be sent the wrong pair of shoes, to then be told I had to return the wrong pair before they would send me the correct pair. This has meant I won't have them for when I need them. Had I not received 20% off them, I would have cancelled the order. This was not my error, they should have sent me the correct pair as soon as I made them away of their mistake.
