I was extremely disappointed with this handbag. The design is completely impractical – the strap is fixed in such a way that it is almost impossible to open the zipper and actually use the bag. For the price paid, I expected much better quality and functionality. To make things worse, returning the item from the US is unnecessarily complicated and expensive. The company does not cover international returns, and arranging the process with couriers is time-consuming and costly. This experience makes me very hesitant to ever purchase from Daniel Footwear again.
