I am in Aust. using an Aust CC with an Aust billing address. I placed my order Thu 8/6 requesting delivery to the UK as my partner is on holiday there. Then I am asked to confirm my address with a utility bill, as my payment details don't match my billing address. They did, it was the delivery address that was different. I complied on the same day & explained I needed the shoes to be delivered by the following Wed 14/6. I emailed again on the 9/6 requesting an ETA. On Friday I was told the order was accepted & would be processed. By the 13th, I still did not have a delivery email, & behold, I am told the shoes are now out of stock. I am being offered other styles, but that is not what I ordered on the 9th June. I think the entire ordering process needs to be improved. Those shoes should have been allocated to me when I purchased them early on the 9/6 (actually late evening 8/6 UK time). I requested a refund yesterday, as Daniel Footwear have had my money now for a week. A refund should be immediate. Stay tuned.....
