I ordered the shoes thinking I had plenty of time for the shoes to get delivered before Christmas but the shoes went missing on route. I checked the status of my delivery on line and it said there had been an attempted delivery. No attempt had been made. After phone calls and emails it was discovered that the shoes had gone missing. Daniel Footwear did agree to send some more out but they would have been sent by the same courier company and not guaranteed in time for Christmas therefore I deceived it was safer for me to drive to Leeds to pick these up myself. I did receive an email with an apology and a discount code for my next purchase but this being my first experience with Daniel Footwear, I will be honest and say I don’t think I will be rushing back. It’s a shame your courier service let you down
