I loved the shoes I bought, Michael Kors leopard print ballet pumps(which are a beautiful design) and some black leather platform ankle boots. They were just as they appeared to be from the photos. The only issue was that the MK pumps looked like they had been worn once, not outside, but around the house and the labels had been removed from the sole of the shoes which made them look like they had been worn one. But I loved them and knew they had not been worn outside, they did not look worn from the shoe itself, only the sole, and one wear out from me would mean they were worn. So I kept them In relation to the boots they were beautiful but made my little legs look dumpy so sent back, but threw away packaging in error. Daniel were amazing with me returning the boots and emailed me labels immediately to package them up and send them back, no issues. Thanks for that. I will be back to buy more boots
