although my order took almost two weeks to arrive, due to a 'lost' parcel that was in the hands of city link, it was eventually fulfilled and i am extremely happy with my purchase. after contacting daniel footwear to query the whereabouts of my order, i experienced excellent customer service by andrew walker. he kept me informed of the status of my shoes and after learning that they had been lost, he located another pair, extended a discount and had them sent to me within days. i would not hesitate to purchase through daniel footwear again. city link has been known to drop the ball here and there and i guess these things just happen sometimes with large volumes of deliveries. thank you for the expeditious solution of this situation. j. treat
