Ordered my shoes which arrived on time, unfortunately they were too tight.I returned them to the Glasgow store and received an email next day confirming refund for returns.
The lady who dealt with my return in Glasgow was very friendly and helpful, the whole process was hassle free. I will continue to purchase my shoes from Daniel Footwear as they have a fabulous range at very good prices, I think that now I have found this store it will be my first choice for shoes and bags.
