I love my gloves. My only complaint was that they were delivered to a neighbour on 23 December and Citilink had not left a card advising me that they had been delivered. (I also had not heard from the neighbour but it was around Christmas!) I phoned Daniel Footwear I think on the 27 December asking where my order was as it had been despatched. They did answer almost immediately and said Citilink had delivered to a neighbour. They took my phone number and called me back within minutes to advise where they had been delivered. I appreciate that Citilink had big issues and am relieved my order was delivered safely.
