Ive have ben a regular customer of Daniels for many years . I recently ordered 2 pairs of shoes from online in the Black Friday event, sadly they where both too big in size but I had already decided that I loved one pair , just need then in the next size down. It was easier for me to return them to the Street Lane shop rather then by post , however when I arrived at the store the I received a hostile response from the sales assistant and was told that whilst I could return them, that I should of purchased then from the shop and not online , that way they would of received the money!!! Perhaps the staff need to be reminded that it is not their store and all sales which ever way they are purchased are valuable to the company! Perhaps you could feed this back to them please. On a good note I re purchased the shoes I wanted and am very pleased with them .
