The boots arrived quickly and well packaged. The box was slightly damaged but the paper wrapped around it was intact, so I think a second-hand box was used. This didn't matter as everything was wrapped in a plastic outer bag and the boots were fine. Unfortunately I had to send them back as they didn't quite fit. It would be helpful if the website included the UK size as well as the continental one, as I had used an online size converter but don't think it got it right as the boots were too tight and I don't normally have a problem with off the shelf shoes. Returned easily with pre-printed label that was included with the boots, and waiting for refund at present.
