Sophie, Ellie and the rest of the team at Red were fantastic. I can't sing their praises highly enough!! We asked them to cater our wedding in Eastbourne and throughout the whole process they were easy to deal with, friendly, clear and always helpful. When I first found them online I was really keen to have them cater the wedding; the food sounded delicious and was just what I wanted. I enquired about their services and they were really quick to get back in contact with me, which was something that persisted in all our conversations, making it so easy to get everything sorted in a relatively short time frame. In both families, we had a number of different dietary requirements and catering for all of them was really important to me. The team at Red were knowledgeable and always able to advise or suggest alternatives. When we went for the tasting we were blown away. Having expected the food to be good, we were thrilled when we tasted it, the duck egg and asparagus starter, sirloin of beef and trio of deserts; brownie, pavlova and cheesecake were all fantastic. I'd do it all over again just to eat the food!! On the day of the wedding the food was just as good as the tasting which, I imagine, is no mean feat when a meal for two becomes a meal for 80. The canapés went down very well and the fish and chips cones in the evening still have people talking. A number of people have told us that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The staff at Red were lovely; not only those we dealt with while arranging everything but the servers and bar staff on the day were so friendly. I'm so happy we were able to have Red cater our wedding and I would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks Red, you really helped make our day one to remember . Maggie and Carl
