Hi I visited the West Bromwich I needed to buy some timber and had little knowledge of what to buy. My carpenter provided me with exact details I approached one of the customer service colleagues their attitude was really disgusting unhelpful in anyway very argumentative I will never use this merchants again absolutely unprofessional and have no customer service skill
