After moving house we ordered, by telephone, a chair to match our corner sofa which we had purchased over 4 years ago. We were asked to send the sample square of leather to Darlings to be colour matched, due to the time difference in our orders. This was done and the chair was delivered within the time stated and the match couldn't be better! We are delighted once again with the service and the comfort and quality of the chair. Only one small negative - after several requests to Darlings, our old address wasn't deleted from their system and the delivery driver had 2 addresses. At least he contacted us en route to check the correct address!
