I found Darlings of Chelsea through the internet as I hadn't found what I had been looking for from the high street stores. The website is straightforward and I saw sofas that I liked. I visited my nearest showroom in Farnham, Surrey and the item I wanted was there for me to look at more closely. The sofas are beautiful and the range of swatches are arranged close by so you can get a good idea of what a different colouring might look like. The staff were friendly and discreet and allowed me time to be sure of my purchase. I ordered two sofas and was told it would take ten weeks from then till delivery. After only eight weeks, the sofas were ready and arrangements were made. The chaps who delivered them were exactly on time and very helpful. I am so pleased with the sofas and fit perfectly. From start to finish, the product and service are excellent.
