All the staff at Darlings were fantastic, from the first moment I walked into their showroom, throughout the ordering process to confirming bespoke details and onto schedule and actual delivery. Some furniture stores are very pushy when you walk through the door as they are more interested in getting the sale, not asking you requirements. This is not the case with Darlings, after a quick initial chat and outline of the store, I was free to roam without being hassled, the staff stepped back in at the appropriate time to answer questions and there was no hard sell. After initial order, I was kept up to date in the first few weeks as to lead time for delivery and then contacted again a few weeks prior to delivery to schedule a date to suit me. The delivery team were fantastic, I've had walls damaged in the past but they didn't scratch or scuff a thing (obviously you need to do your homework and measurements prior to ordering), they were pleasant, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I know Darlings isn't cheap but if you are considering making a statement purchase and you want a quality product and an exceptional service, I can't recommend Darlings enough. I will definitely purchase again in the future. To the Darlings team, you are just fabulous, thank you so much for everything, I love my furniture ....super service!!
