We have been very pleased at the efficient and courteous service from yourselves, keeping us updated with the progress of our order throughout..Needless to say we are delighted with our two Duresta sofas which replace the two we bought 27 years ago!.My only observation would be for Duresta to package the cushions seperately from the actual sofa as otherwise the packaging is then too bulky to manhandle through doors and we had a worrying struggle take place fortunately with no damage caused but it could have been otherwise.Apart from that we couldn't be more pleased with our purchase and your service.Thank you very much.John Mills
