So happy to review the service I received at Darlings of Chelsea. My husband and I dealt with Kent in their Fulham store and he could not have been more helpful or accomodating. From the moment we entered the showroom, all staff were attentive but not 'in your face' which was so refreshing. They gave us plenty of time to browse and answered our many questions!! Kent in particular seemed to really know his stuff and was able to offer lots of advice- we're so glad we listened to his suggestions. We were happy with the price and just in love with our sofa! The whole process was pretty pleasant and stress free with constant updates and lots of communication. Will defo be recommending Darlings of Chelsea to friends and family. Quality service and products- a rare thing these days!
