My husband and I had been looking to replace our 15 year old sofa with a more up to date version and preferably in leather. Well, every thing we saw did not grab us. We wanted to find a modern sofa that was comfortable and which you could lean back on to have a snooze. After sampling (online) lots of different companies offering sofas, in Britain and Europe, we were ecstatic when we saw the Rocco leather sofa at Darlings Of Chelsea. Off we went at the first opportunity to see this sofa and above all to have a sit in it. We were 'clocked in' but looked by ourselves what the company had to offer and soon we found a very nice looking Rocco sofa we both liked the style of but clad in grey fabric. However, we had set our hearts on having a leather sofa and soon the young lady brought us 3 or 4 books to chose from. We asked for several samples of different leathers, which arrived 2 days later. We made our choice, rang the company and placed our order. We were promised to have our sofa delivered before Christmas and were delighted when we had an email to say that in fact we would have it a week earlier than anticipated. Two young persons arrived mid-morning and I could barely wait to see whether we had made the right choice with our colour. The sofa that materialised from the protective covering was even more beautiful than I had hoped. The milk chocolate soft leather looks divine (and of course has to be looked after, no feet of grandchildren or dogs on this sofa! It would spoil the beautiful colour if stood in bright sunlight and it needs every now and then some special treatment which Darlings are sending us, with instructions how to apply).
