We recently bought two sofas from the Darlings of Chelsea showroom in Ash Vale and they were delivered today. The showroom is pretty big and the selection of furniture (mostly sofas and chairs) is excellent, with most items being from high quality manufacturers. We were dealt with by Natalie, who was friendly, helpful and professional, who demonstrated good product knowledge and who was in no way ‘pushy’. Overall, the buying experience was excellent, as were the delivery people, who took every precaution to avoid any damage. As you would expect, they also took away all packaging. And we absolutely love our two new sofas! If I was going to be hyper-critical, I do feel we could have been updated with the date the sofas were due to arrive in the UK (from Italy), along with the subsequent delivery process, without having to call them to ask. Having said that, I would certainly recommend Darlings of Chelsea in Ash Vale if you are looking for a very good quality sofa or chair and want to see a good selection under one roof.
