The sofa-bed was larger than I expected (not having viewed it in the shop), and very heavy. The two burly men who delivered it had great difficulty in getting it through the front door and from the hallway to the living room. It was only by removing the short feet they were somehow able to squeeze it through, although they were almost ready to give up! The cushions too are rather too large and unyielding, so not very comfortable. The bed mechanism works well, and the unit is robustly made. However it is rather a hassle to unfold on a nightly basis and find somewhere to store the seat cushions. It is best for occasional, rather than regular use. However, the unit is of good quality.
